French course and cooking lessons

Come to Idiom and combine French lessons with provençal cooking lessons

Aude Bertaux, professional cook for over 15 years, offers you the opportunity to discover or rediscover the pleasures of cooking. 3 hours are devoted to the elaboration of a typical menu or a menu dedicated to a special theme. Some special tricks and shopping advice will ease your daily life and help you to shine amongst your guests with your cooking skills. At the end of your course you will taste your creation accompanied by a glass of wine on the beautiful shady terrace, the weather permitting.

Several afternoons per week from 15h until 18h and on Saturday mornings from 9h until 12h.

With Daniel Silvetti, an experienced cook who learned his trade at the famous school for catering in Nice you will learn how to prepare some typical niçois and provençal specialities. First he will take you on a tour of his regular suppliers in the old town of Nice near his restaurant “Lu Fran Calin” and to the market where he will explain the ingredients necessary for the different dishes you have chosen to pepare. Then you will cook under his instructions and finally sample the delicious specialities you have realized.

Duration : 5 to 6 hours, from 8h30 à until 14h30
